Room for Rent in Quiet Shared House – Available July 23

Hi, my name is Jakob. I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared house. It’s been a wonderful place to live, but due to family matters, I need to move out. I’ve really enjoyed my time here, and I hope to find someone who will appreciate the room as much as I did.

The room comes furnished with a bed, lamp, closet, and a small table. However, if you prefer, I can remove the lamp, table, and bed.

The house is quiet, clean, and very well-organized. You'll be living with four other respectful and responsible adults. It's more of a peaceful, mature environment—not a party house.
