Roommate Wanted to take over a lease in January 2026 with rent at $920 a month - preferably a student.

My roommate is moving out this December and we're looking for someone to take over the lease starting January or at least sublet through the winter semester.

Prime location in the Alma Building (formerly Seemore) situated on Seymour Street. Studley Campus just a minutes walk away, and SMU 15-20 min walk.

Rent is at a reasonable $920 a month with all utilities included. and is protected to a 3% increase if you wish to renew for the following year

Room which is available is still undecided due to current roommates deciding if they would like to switch hence why there is no photo of the exact room.

You would be moving in with three other guys, two in Comp Sci, and the other in Commerce in a furnished 4 bed 1.5 bathroom unit.

Unit includes a kitchen and a living room.

Other amenities for the building include: a laundry room in the basement, a games room, a wellness studio, and a quiet study lounge.
