We have a room for rent in this spacious 5 bedroom house. It comes with a large deck Located on Woodbury in Halifax, next to the Clayton Park area. The apartment is in the top half of a modern 3 story house starting November 1st. The potential roommate will pay $800 a month in rent, plus their share of the power bill and the Bell Fibre OP internet bill. Must have a stable job/income and be willing to show solid proof of employment.
Also, no spots available to park in thr driveway. Street parking only

Only rules for the apartment:
1)No smoking cigarettes

2)No partying(exceptions of special occasions)

3)Rent and bills always paid on time, no exceptions

4)Help to keep the common areas clean (if you make it mess you clean it but we do have a robot vacuum that does most of the work including mopping)

5) Someone who respects others and boundaries

6)No Pets (already a dog and a cat here not allowed more)
