1 bedroom in a 6 bedroom townhouse available for sublet starting December or January, lasting until halfway through August (option to renew lease under your name). Reason for subleasing is me and my girlfriend are moving in with eachother to have our own more private space. All other roommates are students at UNB, all very nice and accommodating. Only big rule is be clean as the shared spaces can get dirty quickly with 6 people. Rent will be due 1 week before the start of the next month to ensure it will be paid.
