There are two rooms available to rent. One bigger room is $600 and $400. The renter of the third room owns a cat, and no other pets are allowed.

Everything is included, with option to share internet and cable fees. There is one parking spot per room and the driveway is cleared in the winter.

There is no smoking in the apartment and tenants are responsible for keeping the common areas cleaned after each use.

There is a laundry facility in the building.
