**Looking for male, working professionals**

I have one bedroom for rent in my home available on Dec 20, 2024.

5 mins to UNB, and 10 mins to downtown and shopping centers.

Note the other tenant and myself are male.

Rent is $700. Power and water are extra (Shared with me and the other tenant) -

- Looking for long-term tenancy for a minimum of 6 months

- Includes free Internet as well as washing machine/dryer (non-coin operated)

- Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with the other tenant.

- Parking available in the driveway.

- Only one person allowed in each room.

- No smoking or drugs

Security deposit is required ($700). Tenant must provide one month of notice before moving out.
