The room rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 bed with a Japanese mattress, free WiFi , meals, laundry, cleaning and bar fridge.

I cooked the food and put it in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want. The kitchen is open 24/7.

An example of meals are coffee or tea, eggs and bacon, pasta and meat sauce, sandwiches, salads,burgers and fries, fruit and cookies.

The rent includes one free wash and dry per week and the laundry room is down the hallway. You get weekly room cleaning too.
