One Pre-Furnished Private Bedroom amenities and utilities, available for move-in as early as APRIL 11 until end of summer move-out date on AUGUST 31 (5 months maximum). Also accepting sublet terms starting on May 1, and/or ending before August 31.

Rent fee of $1100 CAD per month (May1 - Aug31: $4400 CAD Total).
APRIL DISCOUNT: For the month of April, the Rent Fee is only $550 (50% Off) if you move in as early as April 11: (Apr11 - Aug31: $550 $4400 = $4950 CAD Total).

Located steps from the intersection of Dufferin and Bloor West, this summer unit offers access to Dufferin TTC Station, Dufferin Mall, West-End Nightlife, and more within a 5 minute walking radius.

Pre-furnished 10ftx16ft Private Bedroom features a cozy windowsill under a tall vaulted ceiling and comes with Queen bed, Futon couch, Desk, Shelving, and Closet storage (removal of pre-furnishings can be arranged if you have your own).

Opens up into a shared living space including kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms (for 3 people total). By mid-May, the backyard’s greenspace of apple and sakura trees are in full bloom under the summer sun, all of which is accessible through a walk-up side gate. Public spaces are shared with two students (24yo), who welcome new friends into this cozy haven (420-friendly if clean).
