Hey everyone, I’m looking to sublet my bedroom in the McGill Ghetto from May 1st until August 30th. The rent is $800/month for the room including heating and hydro, and fully furnished! The landlord takes care of any sort of maintenance issues in a very timely manner, free of charge of course. It is a gorgeous apartment, and the rooms get lots of natural light. It is a 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, with maybe 1 roommate staying for the summer. The bedroom has a fire escape out of the window, and the kitchen has a dishwasher. It’s a 5 minute walk to McGill campus, a 2 min walk to the nearest grocery store, and 7 minutes away from the clubbing district, a 10 min walk to the closest metro station, Place des Arts and McGill, and situated a 5-min walk to a depanneur that has everything, open late. It’s in the ideal neighbourhood for anyone really, but especially for any students coming for a summer course or an internship. I’m absolutely in love with this apartment, it feels so homey.
