- Rent $1175
- Starting April 1st until May 31st.
- This is a 1-bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, with AC and heating, with all utilities (wifi included),
- The one bedroom will come furnished with two desks, an office chair, and a bed (frame, mattress, duvet, pillow). The kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need (microwave, utensils, etc).
- The other occupant is male, works remotely for a university.
- The new occupant must keep noises to a minimum. One guest for a couple of hours is okay, but no more.

- Should you be interested in the whole unit, the property manager is willing to sign a new annual lease to extend your stay, but the rent will be likely ~5% higher than the current price, and that would be the only thing that changes. So for example, all utilities except wifi will still be included.

- I have attached a video tour of what the unit was before I moved in, which shows everything, and some pictures of its current state. They were slightly magic-erased for privacy.

- This unit has a unique location, giving you direct underground access to lots of amenities, and a walking distance to downtown Montreal, or to climb up the Grand Staircase of Mount Royal
to Kondiaronk Belvedere! A bus station is also right in front of the building 3600 Avenue Du Parc.

Amenities:
- There's the grocery store Metro, Dollarama, a bunch of eateries and even a dentist, a printing/photo shop and a cinema! All with direct access without going outside the building.

- Gym: LaCiteClub has discount for lacite residents it's downstairs (no need to go outside!) and has all the good equipment that you would need (I say that as someone who takes this seriously). It also has a swimming pool, tennis ground, etc. check it out here https://www.clublacitegym.com/ .
