Hello, i am looking for a roommate to share the condo i am renting.

Rent will be $1400 per month which includes utilities: internet and power (heat is electric) and damage deposit of $1200 will be required. References are required. No exceptions.

It is located in Porter Creek right on the bus routes. Laundry is abailable on site and parking is available. Single person preferred though can consider the right couple.
Everything is furnished other than the room, but if you have furnishings you want to move into the common areas im open to discussion.

I work during the day and sleep at night, am hoping for someone with a similar sleep cycle.

Pets are not allowed as per my lease, with the exception to my pet bird who lives in the living room.

No pets, no smoking inside, no loud parties.
