I have a healthy lifestyle, love food and nature. I own a home-based seasonal food business, the kitchen will be busy during the market season.

The compatible roommate must be non-smoking (indoors), with no pets and no loud music.

The bedroom for rent includes a Queen-sized bed, organizer and build-in closet.

House includes shared living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, the tenant has individual fridge and freezer. Laundry shared with legal basement suite downstair. Carport, deck, shed and fenced yard. The house is located on the greenbelt and city bus route in Hillcrest.

$1,050/month including insurance. Tenant needs to share utilities (electricity, internet and oil heat), it’s around $230/month.

One month’s security deposit and references from previous landlords are required.
