This is a beautiful, luxurious, well maintained house with a quick bus route to Fanshawe College main campus for the individual student. This house is also near the Airport for the individual working professional with quick, easy access to shopping malls, parks and nature trails. The house has all hardwood flooring and great lighting with dimmers to suit your preferences. The house has 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room upstairs while having 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room and living space downstairs. Both levels are well above ground with equally large windows. Depending on the room you choose, there is limited bathroom sharing with either 1 or 2 others. Furnishing may differ from that shown in photos but typically includes a bed, desk and chair in the room and common dining furniture. Beds, mattresses and mattress covers are all new in every room.
Utilities and services provided include heating, gas, AC, electricity water, Wi-Fi internet, cleaning services every 2 weeks, furnishing, kitchen and laundry appliances, monthly lawn maintenance. Driveway parking is $50 extra monthly and applicable if you have a car.
Key lease conditions include no smoking, no alcohol without tenant insurance, no pets, no hard drugs, no cannabis / marijuana, no occupants, no guests overnight (to keep with city bylaws with respect to overcrowding), no fixtures / alterations to the property.
