ROOM SUBLET AVAILABLE: starting January 1ST 2025

Looking for a male roommate to sublet my fully furnished single room in a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house from January to April 2025 while I’m on exchange. You’ll be living with three friendly, easy-going 4th-year guys.

House is located on Epworth Avenue in a prime location, just a few minutes walk from Kings University College and a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to Western University, with multiple bus stops nearby.

Private room is located in the basement of a 2 story house. Room comes fully furnished (bedframe, mattress, storage shelves etc.). The house includes a furnished living room with couches and a TV and an equipped kitchen and in-house washer and dryer. There is also a parking spot available if needed!
