We will be having a room coming available Jan 01, 2025 in our home that is walking distance to Southland mall. The room has a queen size bed, larger dresser. computer table & chair, along with a small fridge and also a TV. Rent is $800.00 which will include a light lunch and a hot supper- (no breakfast) , it also include laundry and bedding done weekly with the floors cleaned. Wifi and utilities are included if one is reasonable. Must be able to do stairs as all the bedrooms are up stairs. There is no flame burning or smoking or substance useage allowed on the property. Preference will be given to male senior, employed or a university student .
