We have a room available in our home that is walking distance to southland mall. The room has a full size bed, dresser,computer table & chair and also a TV and small fridge. Rent is $780.00 and it includes a lunch which if needed can be packed and a hot supper along with laundry and floors cleaned weekly. There is no smoking or substance useage burning of any sort of product allowed on the property. Must beable to do stairs as all the bedrooms are upstairs. The home is alway clean and quiet as we live in it also. Preference given to senior /emploed university males.
