THE ROOMS are targeted to LAMBTON COLLEGE STUDENTS. We have had international students and they have all enjoyed our boarding facility very much. You must be staying at least one year or please do not apply. The room is in the upper level of a duplex with a separate private wifi controlled entrance. Each room is also independently locked with wifi locks.
INCLUDED with rent - Your room includes a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom and a shared laundry room. Each person has their own private coded locked bedroom. The laundry room is available on weekends only. The room includes High Speed WIFI and Central Air Conditioning.
LOCATION - We are conveniently located near a bus route, groceries, banking and more.
CLEANLINESS is paramount. Tenants must clean UP, wipe UP and pick UP after themselves. We have a cleaner hired to clean normal living in the common areas; kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. THE CLEANING PERSON REPORTS if messes are left.
COOKING - Please note… strong spicy cooking comes through the air ducts through the entire house. It has been a medical and a personal rights problem in the past causing migraine headaches and we decided that it will not be permitted. If you cook spicy DO NOT apply. We cannot compromise others medical health. If your credit check is good and I accept you as room boarder, it would be on condition that you understand there is no cooking after 8 p.m.
DAMAGE-DEPOSIT - $300.00 damage deposit required.
