Looking for a working single male or single female , clean, respectful, and responsibly to rent short-term or one(1) year agreement. You will have access to laundry on weekends, wifi, kitchen space, living room and backyard in the summer. You will also have a private washroom that should always remain clean as it is beside the front door. The rest of the townhouse accommodations are shared.
