This is a main floor suite.
There is a shared bathroom on the second floor and a toilet in the basement, with shared laundry.
The kitchen has everything you could need and you can use anything of mine.
There is a large back yard, bbq, and fire pit.
If you are known for having traffic, late night parties or are an alcoholic, please do not apply.
If you do not like cats, please do not apply. If you are allergic to cats do not apply.
The suite itself has a queen bed and frame, you just need sheets, I have lots of blankets. It also has a couch.
If you do not need these items I will put them down stairs.
Looking for a decent happy person that gets along with others and cats.
Interviews will be held from now until the unit is rented.
Please call or text if you would like an appointment or have additional questions.
