This is a great, cozy apartment with lots of natural light due to the massive windows throughout! It is a two bedroom with a den. The den is more of a massive pantry attached to the main living room and kitchen. And it does have its own window.
It has a central heating and air conditioning system.
There is shared laundry in the building.
It is pet friendly!
If you sublet from me you have the option of getting two parking spots! The building no longer allow this and it's only $50 per spot.
I'd be more than happy to leave you with the couches if you desire to have them
There's also storage lockers available and separate bike storage for the winter.
There is a rooftop balcony with barbecues available for your use in the summer.
There's also a gym available.
And you don't pay to heat your place! Nor do you pay the water! You're only utility is electric which ranges between 30- $80 for me though I'm not very careful with power usage.
The highest being in the summer due to the AC.
