We are proud to offer our completely renovated cottage for your enjoyment.

Jack Lake is a spectacular lake, only 2 hours northeast of Toronto, near Apsley, Ontario and situated in the Peterborough Crown Game Preserve. The pristine lake is fed by natural springs and has a granite base attributing to the clear waters. Jack Lake has over 90 islands.

Our cottage is on prime waterfront in quiet Sharpe’s Bay. The shoreline is perfect for young children, with a sandy bottom that gently slopes to deeper water for swimming. The water is crystal clear!

Swimming, boating and fishing are just some of the many highlights of cottaging on Jack Lake.

Our spacious dock enjoys spectacular sunrises over a beautiful view of Sharpe’s Bay and our dock is drenched in sun light until late afternoon!

A paddle boat, canoe and water toys are included as well as a fire pit is by the lakeside.

The property behind the cottage has a large, level, grassy area for badminton or ball games and the far end is semi surrounded by pine trees for privacy. We are situated in the Peterborough Game Preserve and frequently deer visit our property.

Our cottage deck is spacious and private and sunshine is present on the deck until dusk!

Our newly renovated 3-bedroom cottage is bright and spacious.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities including a dishwasher machine.

The spacious living room has a spectacular view from the large picture window, looking over Sharpe’s Bay. There is a wood burning stove, free Wi-Fi, TV, stereo, DVD/VCR, movies, books and board games.

The 3 bedrooms are bright and roomy with linens provided. One bedroom has a newer queen bed, the second has a newer double bed and the third has two twin beds.

The 4-piece bathroom includes a newly renovated bathtub/shower.

The walkout basement includes a washer/dryer.

Our property is adjacent to ATV and nature walking trails as well as a large frog pond close by.

Two marinas are less than a ten-minute drive. Boat rentals are available as well as some grocery items ... and ice cream.

The town of Apsley is a short 15-minute drive on a pleasant, well-maintained road. In Apsley you will find everything you need: grocery store, LCBO, pharmacy, gas station, fire hall, library with free Wi-Fi, hardware store, restaurants and a sports arena with a gym and ice skating.
