This is a short term rental. I accommodate SaskPolytech trade students needing 8 week tenancies.
1 suite is still available for the session beginning May 4. I can also book for sessions beginning in Fall 2026, September.
I have 3, furnished, 1 bedroom suites in my newer basement, that I rent only to students for 8 week tenancies.

One block to campus, with off street parking. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a kitchen. The bathroom is shared and cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included. Laundry is available.
