The house was livable and is wrecked up. You can have exclusive legal tenancy of the whole 8500 square foot property down to the creek and both floors of the whole house and attic for 200 per month. I don't want a deposit and I'll sign a 6 month lease. I lived there and I really liked the house. There's no work included in renting and you can use it in the state you choose
