Utilities and furnitiure are all included with the laundry machine and dryer both in the basement. The kitchen and two bathrooms are shared.

-$1,350/month for four months
-$1,250/month for eight months
-$1,150/month for a year

For the remaining time left this month (April 2025), we can negotiate the price as rent is usually counted from the 1st every month. All tenants must sign a lease and pay a security deposit of half-a-month's rent.
