LOCATION: The bus stop is right beside the house - takes 5 minutes to Baseline Station/Algonquin College.
- COLLEGE SQUARE, Algonquin, Grocery store 5 minutes away.
-EVERYTHING INCLUDED: wifi, heat, hydro, water and laundry access included. Private Entrance through garage included.
- PLEASE NOTE: There can be an overcharge if there excessive usage in regards to water or lights.
-FURNISHING OPTIONAL: it can come furnished for an extra cost.


Seeking to rent the room to someone who is;

- Responsible, working professional, non-smoking, non-partying, quiet and understands boundaries within the home.
- Needs to be considerate of other schedules, quiet, mature and TIDY.
- We do have two friendly dogs, but the room is in a separate part of the home so you wouldn't have to interact with them much.

Access to kitchen and shower, but the living room and other rooms are not included in this rental. This is only a room rental, not a house rental.


Only two others in this home, but we like to keep to ourselves.
