I'm vacating my room in a shared student house because I've recently graduated. This is one bedroom in a shared 6-bedroom home. The other rooms are all occupied by girls who are students or have recently graduated. The room is available for 4 months, from January 1 to April 30, with the possibility of an extension once the current lease ends.

Rent is $474 per month plus utilities: gas, hydro, water, and internet, usually about $60-$90 per month per person. Parking is available in the driveway and garage. We are also located on the 111 bus line which goes directly to Carleton University. Walking distance to several grocery stores, gyms, shopping.

In the house, there is a large kitchen, large shared common areas, and 2.5 bathrooms. There's also storage space in the basement. We are all clean and share chores evenly.
