We currently have furnished offices which are approved by OMVIC. All utilities are included and there are no common area fees. The offices have a reception area, a kitchenette and facilities. There are four offices available presently which are various sizes and costs. The rental agreement can be on a month to month basis with 60 days notice. This location is on Campbell Ave. which faces onto the expressway between Kitchener and Waterloo with easy access to the expressway and the 401.
