We currently have rental offices available of various sizes and monthly rental costs. The offices can be rented on a month to month basis with no lease and sixty days notice. There are offices available on the main level and the upper level. There is a reception area, facilities, and a kitchenette. There is 24 hr. access and various security systems for a safe working environment at all times. Some offices are undergoing renovations and may be subject to termination with 60 day notice due to renovations. There are a number of available spaces for easy relocation, expansion or downsizing. The offices face onto the expressway between Kitchener and Waterloo with easy expressway access including the 401. All utilities are included and there are no additional common area costs.
