Looking for a specific type of situation/person (can be a female or male but not a couple) for a shared nicely furnished accommodation in Eau Claire/Chinatown right on Bow River pathway. Please read carefully as to what I am looking for as I won't rent unless I find the right fit. I like to travel so I am not around a lot but have been reluctant to rent out my home when away so this is an experiment to possibly ease into renting out my place.
What I'm looking for:
- you work Calgary downtown three days a week so using space half the week
- you want a well appointed place and comforts of home instead of commuting and/or hoteling and only need minimal space as the extent of storage will be your closet so you could leave items there as required
- you like to keep living spaces neat and clean
- you are a non smoker without a pet accompaniment
- you will ideally like to rent for minimum 6 months

What you will get:
- sole use of second bedroom with a comfortable queen Murphy bed and closet
- sole use of second bathroom with shower and soaker tub
- shared use of kitchen
- use of main living room/tv (I have one set up in my master bedroom if we are both here)
- there is a desk available (in pictures) if you need one
outdoor space in my own gated courtyard with fire table and BBQ
- the condominium (Waterfront Parkside) has a social room that can be rented for social events, and free use of gym and hot tub on site as well as a car wash
it is a great quiet area of downtown with beautiful walking areas down the pathway and on Prince’s Island Park
- concierge/security service but a very safe area of downtown
- usage of my own personal e-scooter and electric bike (I also have a mountain bike )
- parking spot is included if needed. I do have two cars (in pictures) but can relocate one if rented out
- $1700 a month
