The house is in Whitehorn. Really close to C train. Everything is included. The house is quiet and safe. No drugs, no pets.
The room is available immediately.
The basement has all the necessary things for living. I can provide a bed as well. No shower currently.
It is not a big project, but I need someone who knows what it is he doing.
