Utilities are included in the price, 3 rooms in the basement plus your own private bathroom. Bedroom, living room, and a third room you can make as a either a office, big walk in closet or storage room. Newer area, 5 minute walk from freshco in Edgemont. Doesn’t have a bed currently but there will be in the next couple days. Nice backyard and deck you can relax on. Shared kitchen with large walk though pantry, but I live in Vancouver half the time so that’s not a big deal. I’m pretty laid back just want someone clean who doesn’t party as I’m sober myself.
