Bedroom, living room and extra room you can use for an office or walk in in closet, plus private bathroom. Shared kitchen and backyard but I live in Vancouver half the time and rarely cook when I’m in Edmonton so the kitchen isn’t being used a lot. It is also a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and the gas station is even closer. Easy access to the henday if you drive, 2 minutes and you’re on the henday.
