Hello, I am subletting a very affordable studio (1.5). This is a very quiet place in 1st floor, and a great location in NDG. Nearest metro station is Vendome. Groceries, Eateries, Dollarama, huge collection of shops just 3 min walk away.

The studio comes with a small kitchen and private bathroom with shower, self-sufficient at a very affordable price. I have purchased most equipments and electronics, so getting started should be easy.

Sublet duration - 3-4 months but flexible.
Lease transfer maybe possible if you are looking to buy the setups for a one-time transfer of 1100 CAD (AC, ovens, tv, racks, table, chair, etc). Or you can sublet and tell me if you want a lease transfer and i will try my best.

Good to start now or latest by Dec 1.
Rent is 660 plus electricity (for me it's usually 20-35 a month depending on usage).
1 month advance rent required and a sublet agreement will be done.
Street parking available.
