I am looking at subleasing my 3 1/2 apartment at 700 Rue de Gaspe in Verdun (Nun's island). The apartment is near many amenities (Parks, Library, Schools, Bike Paths etc.) as well as right next to the bus stop taking you to the REM.

Due to the urgency I am willing to give a $1,000 cash gift if the lease is successfully transferred by the end of January 2025. The lease ends on August 31, 2025 and can be renewed annually with the property manager.

The rent is $1,125 which is on the lower end for the apartment with similar units going for $1,300 - $1,600.

Hydro is not included and the building requires to have renter's insurance..

Apartment includes:
- Heating & Water
- Indoor Washer and Dryer (Coin system)
- Indoor Pool
- Elevator

Optional Extras:
- Appliance Rentals (Fridge, Stove & Microwave) for $10 a month.
- Indoor Parking for $125 or Outdoor Parking for $70 /-

The property manager Boardwalk require a successful credit check, the first month paid and renter's insurance! The recommended income is $45,000.

While I did not have any, pets are allowed within the building!
