We have a lovely room with ensuite coming open for Dec first. It is located on the south end of Sudbury, walking distance to bus service and grocery stores. There is parking available for a car as well. The rent is 1150 all inclusive. There is a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and laundry room. The place is shared with one other professional.
