I am looking for a NON-SMOKER, CLEAN, QUIET male or female, preferably for a long-term rental of a basement bedroom. You would have access to a parking spot, all utilities, laundry facilities and WIFI. It comes with a double bed and dresser. Nice and cool in the summer and heated floors will keep you comfortable in the winter. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away. We are located about 15 minutes from downtown Sudbury. You would be sharing the downstairs bathroom and living space with another (male) tenant. We all share the kitchen and laundry. NOT suitable for children, pets or couples.
