This suite is actually two rooms, divided by French doors. If you do not need all that space, you can choose to just rent half, and ill use the other half as a sitting room. There is a queen bed if needed and two seater couch. I will put whatever is not needed in storage.
There are three cats here, if you do not like cats do not apply. If you are allergic, please do not apply. No dogs allowed. Thank you.
This large house has 1.5 baths, shared free laundry and shared kitchen. You are welcome to use any and all of my appliances. There is a bbq and fire pit in our large back yard.
We are looking for a working person, student or eia disability.
We do not want an alcoholic, traffic or late night parties. You are however welcome to have friends over. Some roommates here are 420 friendly. And honestly we are all pretty easy going and non judgmental. We just hope to find a free thinker that prefers happiness over nonsense. Commonsense over complaints. :)
This rental is for a single person only, no couples.
We are close to shoppers drug mart, boogies and the dollar store. The FX2 and the 31 bus stops at that location, about four blocks from the house. We have many convenient stores near by and No Frills is a 15 minute walk away.
Heat, water and internet are included.
This is a month to month rental.
