I’m looking to sublet my room in the South End from January to July 2025. I live in a house with 5 third year Dal students (all girls), and the location is perfectly between Dal campus and Quinpool, and is located right beside Triple A. Utilities, heating, and internet are included in the rent, and we have a little deck on the side of the house with some seating. If you’re interested and want to see more photos/videos of the rest of the house, let me know! My room is on the third floor beside the bathroom, with two other rooms down the hall. All furniture is included, but can also be removed at your discretion.
