I am re-posting the ad as I am looking for someone that works or goes to school. this is a one bedroom and one bathroom only I occupy the living room. There is no kitchen. I will provide you with a fridge microwave and hot plate. this room would be best suited for a single male that works or goes to school and is looking for a quiet place to rest his head at night. Please know we are 420 friendly and smoking is permitted in the apartment. First and last months rent is required upon move-in, heat Hydro water and Internet are all included in the rent. I will not respond to people asking if the apartment is still available simply because if you are reading the ad then it’s still available, I will promptly remove it when rented.
