The apartment is in Centretown, close to China Town, Somerset a 10 min walk to Bank st, grocery stores, shops, bars and all major bus routes.

Rent includes everything, wifi aswell. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large deep freezer. The living room has a large TV with Roku, the deck has a propane BBQ. There is a coin laundry on site.

The room is available for 2 months possibly 3. Aug 1- Sep 31.
