1 Room for student

We have 2 shareable bathrooms, one on the main level and one full bathroom in the basement including a laundry room and lounge area. The kitchen is on the main floor at the front of the house, the dining room is in the middle section and the living room is at the back facing the backyard. Room is upstairs and it is fully furnished (bed, desk, chair & wardrobe).

The utilities will be shared (kitchen, laundry, etc) with others. In addition, each student will have a mini fridge at their disposal, utencils/plates/bulls/cups/microwave/toaster/kentle/pans

The room will be available at the beginning/early of October 2024.
Monthly payments of $800 at the beginning of each month & I require 1st and last month's rent ($1,600) for deposit.

- Internet/water/electricity included
- Laundry can be done once a week
- Bus stop is 3 mins walking distance
- Plaza with grocery store, pharmacy, gym and restaurants are 9 mins walking distance
