It's a beautiful 3rd story apartment filled with bright white accents and countertops, laminate flooring throughout the entire apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a den area for storage off the entry way, in-suite laundry, and a very large walk-in/walk through closet off the master bedroom!

There is also:
- A balcony overlooking Kenaston with beautiful open views, giving the apartment plenty of sunlight.
- A main clubhouse with a gym, a pool table lounge area, an outdoor swimming pool, and a large Luxer safe for all/most Amazon and other package deliveries
- Many walking/biking paths surrounding the area, within walking distance of Altea gym, and many stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, SaveonFoods, Tim Hortons, and many others.

It will be a 2 month sublet at $1765/month hydro and parking, and then if you choose to stay and re-sign for another year starting April 1st, the rent is increasing to $1845/month
