My name is Crystal. I am currently looking for a 3 bedroom with finished basement for rent. The people living in the place would be myself, my husband, and my 3 children. My children are 14, 12, and 10. We are currently living in Winnipeg MB, we have an amazing landlord reference who would love to talk with the next landlord. We have told him that we needed to find a new residence in the Ottawa or Cornwall area. Out family situation has changed and we really need to come back to the area.

We are your average family. We like to go outside an place soccer, basketball, and go for walks. 2 of my children are extremely active, so access to outdoor space would be beneficial. We are mature adults who always pay rent on time. We have treated the house we are currently in like it is our own (with respect). We are also reliable when it comes to communication and rent payments.

Both myself and my husband do not have the greatest credit, but we are currently paying off debt to improve our credit scores. We have both been offered employment in the area, however we cannot show anything for it right now due to the fact that we are not there and we aren’t working there yet. However we do have first and last months rent available.

We are looking for a long term home, where my children can grow and have memories until they decide to fly the nest. My husband and I are a quiet couple, who do not party, do not do drugs, and do not cause damage to the house. My children know the importance of keeping the house clean as they all call me the “Mr. Mrs Clean”

My husband and I are both line cooks, and have a passion for cooking.

We would just want a chance to show you that there are still good tenants out there, and we are one of them. We just want that once chance to be able to rent a home for my family. We are looking for a move in date of February 1st-March 1st. Virtual viewing would be better as we cannot travel back to Ontario for a viewing, and wont be able to be there until move-in day.
