 The exposed post and beam cabin was built in the early 1980’s. The cabin has approximately 1000 square feet on the main floor and a 250 square foot loft overlooking the main floor. The main floor has entrance with mirrored door closet, kitchen, living room, 4 piece bath, one bedroom, and second bedroom/office and laundry. The loft has two bedrooms with the master bedroom having a 3 piece bathroom.

 The cabin has its own water well with pressure system and hot water heater located in a small basement under the cabin. A second pressure pump and storage tank provides drinking water to the kitchen cold faucet. The well has always tested good for consumption.

 The cabin is heated by an electric forced air furnace and a propane fireplace.

 The cabin has additional foil faced rigid insulation added all around. The roof has asphalt singles and cedar singles on the front.

 A 28’ wide X 38’ deep x 10’ walls attached garage was added in 2007. The garage has 8’ x 16 insulated overhead door and two entrance doors. The garage is insulated and finished. The garage has tin on the exterior walls and roof. There is a concrete and asphalt driveway from the street.

 A 14’ x 26’ boat garage is located in the back yard. An 8’ X 12’ “She Shed” (green house, bunk house or play house) is located in the back yard also.

 A number of water standpipes are located throughout the lot for watering. They are connected to the village irrigation water system.

 The cabin has many upgrades: PVC windows and exterior doors, laminate and carpet flooring, kitchen cabinets, bathroom reno’s and appliances.

 Taxes are $1575. Irrigation water is $60/year and lagoon fees are $216/year.
