This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in Yaletown.
One bedroom is occupied by myself, and the other bedroom is shared by two roommates.
One of our current roommates is moving out, so we are looking for one female roommate to move in starting February 1st.

* 5-minute walk to Yaletown–Roundhouse Station

* 3–4 minutes walk to David Lam Park and George Wainborn Park (False Creek)

* Grocery store next door (open until 11 PM)

* Café located right beside the building

About the Apartment

* 2 Bed / 1 Bath (bathroom shared by 3 people total)

* Shared bedroom with a Korean female roommate

* In-unit washer & dryer

* Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer, frying pans, dishes, and other basic household items

* Rent: $1,000 / month

* Internet: $35/month

* Utilities: paid every 2 months (about $10/month on average)

* Security deposit: half a month’s rent (paid to the building in the first month)

* Large gym in the building

* Professionally managed building with an on-site manager

* Woman in her 20s or 30s

* Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces

* Quiet and considerate, especially during evenings

* Non-smoker / no parties

* Responsible and able to pay rent on time

* Student or working professional

* Available to move in on February 1st and stay until August
(extension may be possible depending on the situation)
