This is a very large XL size Room in a nice house situated one block off of Whyte Ave and 100th street on 83ave by the A&W Restaurant within walking distance of the UofA Campus or on bicycle. The room is a large upstairs loft with lots of space for a bed and private resting area for Tv lounging etc and includes Internet and laundry in the cost of rent. The loft is a bit unique but certainly spacious with lots of storage space. Otherwise the rest of the house is a communal space including the kitchen and shared bathroom with a large backyard area with a fire-pit and seating area in the summer.
I am preferably looking for a single student under 40yo (NO Couples) or single employed person with guaranteed monthly income - as I get along better with people of my generation who I can relate to.
A bit about me I am in my 30s and do web-design and some other random seasonal side jobs and have two border collies and two cats that for the most part are very chill and well mannered after they settle down so you must be pet friendly as they are basically family to me!!
