Single occupancy only. No cats or dogs please, small animals confined to a bedroom are fine. Rent is $1,050 plus $100 for shared utilities (electricity, gas, internet). Current tenants are professional males late 30s. Been here for 4 years, we get along very well and trust each other. Looking for someone reliable and respectful.
