I have a 3 bedroom fully furnished apartment in Plateau a couple minutes away from Laurier Metro station, grocery stores and everything else you'll need. The building and apartments is newly renovated and are super clean and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc. The rooms are perfect for a student or a young professional looking for a place to stay in Montreal. The rent for the room is 899 CAD, everything included (Heating, electricity, water etc) . Currently, we are three exchange-students from Sweden living here and are looking for people to sublet our rooms to since we will be moving end of April.
