Im a working professional who runs an online digital marketing business in need of immediate housing due to safety concerns and OHS violations on behalf of the landlords i currently have a lease with. I am seeking a stable home where i can set up my office space and bed in order to maintain my work schedule and not go homeless on the 31st. My housing arrangements suddenly had a change of situation and this has left me with precious little time to find a place suitable to fit my office/bedroom into so that i can continue my very time sensitive work . I work from home , pay my bills on time, and maintain a respectful environment for those i share space with .

I am looking for something short or long term, something long enough to help me get through the court process and have a safe and stable home while i continue my work and save some money while the courts rule a verdict. im able to pay up to 850 monthly currently (utilities included preferably) i dont have any pets, i get along well with children and most people in general. Im happy to teach music or djing or photography or video production. Anything to help lock down a stable place for the next few months
