The big bedroom (size 8x9/10 ft) is furnished with a hardwood floor. Sharing the kitchen and bath room with 1 student & 2 professionals, the female one is an alternative health practitioner. We want someone who is quiet and clean following our cleaning schedule.

3). Reasonable rent:
The rent is $800 not include utilities, washer, dryer and high speed internet with unlimited data. Everything included is $880.
